Ancestral cuisine tapas

It aims for diners to try a tapa of each type of food on the House's menu made with local products, mostly from our garden, and through ancestral processes, safeguarding flavor, nutrients and tradition.

We began with a reception in the main hall. Then visit the orchard and stubble (crop plots) of the House. To finish with the tapas of food ranging from pickles made with own vinegar, accompanied with homemade bread, empanadas, local cheeses, homemade ham and ending with the emblematic dishes, Vallisto dessert and tasting of mistela.

KM O EXPERIENCE

Sustainable gastronomy is synonymous with a cuisine that takes into account the origin of the ingredients, how they are grown, how they reach the markets and, finally, the dishes. That is, it supports the protection of biodiversity and the preservation of culture.

Talking about sustainable gastronomy is talking about a journey of sensations that can be done in a healthy way, without pollutants, reducing our carbon footprint.

For this reason, the Slow Food Km 0 Restaurants, committed to this gastronomic strengthening program, show a philosophy of life, offering good, clean and fair food and work intensely to promote sustainable forms of healthy eating and a social and circular economy.
